Jack's Place
10 years since we established Jack's Place Food Pantry

Jack’s Place Food Pantry was started in 1998 in response to numerous requests for food assistance from members of the community. Since that time, between 120 and 140 families per year have received food and toiletries from the pantry. In addition, we have also supplied food to the Abused Adult Resource Center, the Community Action Program and Charles Hall Youth Services

Guests are received with respect, and assistance is given on a nondiscriminatory basis. It is our calling and privilege to serve all who come through our doors. Everyone is welcome at Jack’s Place!

For those in need of assistance, please call ahead at 223-2915 and coordinate a time to come in with the church secretary or one of the pastors. If food is available, you will be helped.

For those who would like to donate items, we turn over food at a high rate and are almost always in need of nonperishable items. In each grocery bag we give out, we try to provide a nutritionally balanced variety of food. Items that are typically included are: canned fruit, canned vegetables, raisins, cereal, macaroni & cheese, pasta, canned meat, canned soup, beans and treats for children. We also try to keep toiletries, detergent and baby diapers on hand. Donations may be dropped off at the church. Cash donations are also welcome.

There are other Food Pantries in North Dakota as well. Click here to learn more.
